Keem Bay, in on Achill Island which (despite its name) can be accessed without taking a boat / ferry. About 66kms from Westport. Take the N59 north / west for 30 kms from Westport to Mulranny, From Mulranny, take the R319 west for 36kms to where it ends at Keem Bay.



DESCRIPTION

A beautiful white sand beach, enter the water on the southern end of the beach and follow the cliffs out for depth of up to 15m – avoid going as far as the Point as there can be tidal runs.
